Kneeland Youngblood is a founding member of Pharos Financial Services, LP as well as its majority owner. Mr. Youngblood is responsible for overall strategy of the company.

In addition, Mr. Youngblood is a founding partner of Pharos Capital Group. He has served on the board of directors of Burger King, Gap Inc. and the Teacher Retirement System of Texas. He currently serves as lead director on the board of directors of Light & Wonder, Inc. and on the board of directors of The Black Economic Alliance, California Institute of Technology (“Caltech”), Core Scientific, Inc. and the Prostate Cancer Foundation.

Mr. Youngblood is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations and graduated from Princeton University in 1978 with an A.B. in Politics/Science in Human Affairs and earned an M.D. degree from the University of Texas, Southwestern Medical School in 1982.
